Package of Parents

Honoring and showing kindness to parents is one of the greatest acts of worship in religion, decreed and emphasized by Allah, the Almighty. Allah says, "And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment." Additionally, the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said, "Whoever is pleased to be granted ample provision and have his lifespan extended, let him honor his parents and maintain ties of kinship." In order to draw closer to Allah by being righteous towards parents and obeying them, and to bring goodness to them through charitable acts, Al Ihsan Charity Association has launched the "Kindness to Parents" package as part of its charitable projects, the rewards of which reach the parents as a token of respect and honor. It is also an acknowledgment of their good upbringing and the kindness shown to them. The value of the package is 500 dirhams, which goes towards major projects including building mosques, printing Qurans, providing water, treating the sick, and charitable endowments “waqf”.
